Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Naimal Aroma, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging, seals, and labels intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used perfumes

We also do not accept returns for items that are flammable or classified as hazardous materials once opened

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items showing signs of use
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at naimalaroma@gmail.com with your order details and supporting images (if applicable).

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is approved.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us first at naimalaroma@gmail.com for return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products.
